EL GauchITO? ORIGINS...
At El Gauchito, our inspiration comes from the legendary gauchos—the South American cowboys of the 18th century, famed for their horsemanship, love of the land, and mastery of open-fire cooking.
These iconic figures would spend their days herding wild cattle across the plains, and their evenings gathered around the fire, sharing grilled meats and good company.
That spirit lives on in every dish we serve.

Blending our heritage, we celebrate the tradition of BBQ with the bold, smoky flavours of Asado. Using our custom-built charcoal Parilla, we cook premium cuts the authentic way—cooked over hot coals, slowly and with care. Topped with our signature house-made Chimichurri, each bite is a tribute to tradition.
